Hello Social is looking for a new Community Manager to join our ranks. The role is primarily focused on producing quality social content and managing the interactions with the audience on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest. The candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with their client’s, moving them closer to achieving their marketing objectives through the mediums of social media.

Duties and responsibilities include:

Managing multiple communities on a daily basis

Develop social content that aligns with the individual voice and tone of each client

Sherlock-Holmes-like attention to detail as spelling and grammar are paramount

Work with head strategist to develop in-depth social media marketing strategies that align to fit clients overall marketing objectives

Liaise with internal team of bloggers, social application developers and graphic designers to deliver innovative campaigns that get people talking

Create monthly progress reports to track success and determine what improvements can be made to the client’s online presence

Manage Facebook advertising campaigns

Liaise with graphic designers to develop branded, visually appealing content

The ideal candidate will have the following:

An absolute passion for social media #dur

2 years minimum experience in a professional community management role (agency experience will be a bonus)

Ability to graphically create branded content through Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, as well as work with graphic designers to ensure content is on brand

Great time management skills as you will need to juggle multiple clients at once

Client management experience

Extensive experience in developing engaging content
