About the role:
We are looking for a new passionate Social Media Producer to join our family. The ideal candidate should have an eye for detail, champions creativity, and understands the dynamics of effective social media content. This would start with taking the brief from the client, developing a strategy for that content so it meets the brief and , creating a script and run sheet for the production of the content. Organising the actual shoot on the day by bringing in 3rd parties, then completing the post production of the content so it can be syndicated on social media channels.
The role is primarily focused on:
- Social media content strategy: Taking a client’s brief and understanding what content strategies and production assets are required to achieve our client’s objectives on different social media placements, from Instagram stories to Facebook Live to 360 Ads, and more.
- Storyboarding and Art Direction: Possess the ability to write scripts for videos, storyboard and provide art direction to the film crews to produce content that meets the client’s brief
- Project management: Manage projects end-to-end, from liaising with 3rd parties, producing run sheets, managing timelines and budgets, and whatever it takes to get the project delivered.
- Production: Coordinating production shoots.
- Post-production: Take raw footage and turn it into the final product using Final Cut Pro, After Effects and Premiere Pro

The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Significant experience in managing and producing video content
- Experience using Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Agency experience is a bonus
